
Casey Gibney’s remarkable career includes 18 consecutive years with a composite average over 220. His impressive scoring record includes 24 800 series with a high of 836, and 53 perfect games. He achieved the association high average of 241 in the 2014-15 season, the same year he made history with partner Nate Sime, bowling a 600 doubles game in the Madison Area USBC Open Championships.
A two-time association champion (2022-23, 2023-24 Team), he has consistently excelled in city and state tournaments as evidenced by his numerous top finishes. He led his team to second place in Team Scratch in 2014-15, and again in 2019-20. He secured an individual second place in Singles Scratch in 2016-17 with an outstanding 797 series.
Gibney shone in the 2020-21 Wisconsin State Open Championships, finishing 6th in All Events Scratch, while also leading his team to 3rd place in Team All Events Scratch. His success continued in 2022-23, securing 8th place in Doubles with a score of 1500.
Gibney’s consistent performance across multiple leagues, centers, and high-stakes tournaments cements his status as one of the area’s premier bowlers, leaving an indelible mark on the sport.
