The Operations Manager will be responsible for:
- Hiring and training staff
- Following health, safety and legal guidelines
- Processing bowling scores and reports
- Enforcing policies and procedures
- Implementing promotions and creating events
- Meeting financial objectives and cost controls
- Payroll duties
- Managing social media
- Acting as a role model to employees
- Attracting new customers to our business & outside sales
Qualifications for the position will include:
- Previous management and bartending experience
- Advanced math skills
- Proven leadership abilities
- Accurate money handling skills
- Knowledge of industry and trends
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Computer skills
