Enter your team below and pay with PayPal, Venmo, or a debit or credit card. Check lane availability to find an open squad. Entries close at 5:00 p.m. the Wednesday before each weekend. The form may still be submitted, but an entry is not accepted until you receive a tournament confirmation.
