The Madison Area Queens is the premiere women’s tournament of the Madison Area USBC. The event is held prior to the beginning of the Open Championships, and is conducted on the Open Championship lane conditions. It is held in conjunction with the Madison Area Masters.

Tournament Features

  • Madison Area USBC Only – Members who are also members of another association must have bowled a minimum of nine games in a Madison Area certified league in the current season.
  • Handicapped – 100% handicap to 220, maximum 30 pins.
  • Qualifying – all Queens and Masters entrants will qualify together.
  • Entry Fee – The cost for the tournament is $50.00 per event.
  • Format – Five games of qualifying across eight lanes.
  • Ratio – one out of four cash.
  • Bracket Finals – Top eight qualifiers seeded in a single game elimination bracket.
  • Dinner with the Champions – the Queens titlist will earn a ticket to the annual Dinner with the Champions, held annually in the fall.
