Jacob Steich
Jacob Streich led all bowlers in average this season, with 224.08 in the Lake Ripley JR/SR league in Cambridge. In November he bowled his first 300 game and almost an 800, with games of 239, 255, and 300 for
a 794.
On the Badgerland Youth Bowlers Tour, he made the cut in three of four events participated, winning the final two events including the Year End Masters at Village Lanes. He averaged 244 in his win at Ten
Pin Alley and 228 at Village where he outpaced the field by 17 pins.
In the Madison Area USBC Youth Championships, he shot 617 in the Team event and 604 in Doubles. His high tournament game was 245 In the Junior Gold Championships, Jacob made the cut to the First Advancers round, qualifying 115th out of a field of 1166 bowlers in the U18 division.
