This Saturday, January 10, 2025, 11:00 a.m. kicks off the annual Madison Area USBC Open Championships, brought to you in part by major tournament sponsor Rob Bailey’s Pro Shop. **Corrected from 11:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
This year the events will be conducted on Kegel Stone Street. This is a recreation pattern and very similar to your typical house shot but with a bit of the forgiveness taken away. We expect scores to be moderately higher than the last few tournament years where patterns proved more difficult than anticipated.
Entry fee remains at $30.00 per event (team, doubles, singles) and $5.00 for optional All Events or Scratch All Events. We run team and minor events (doubles and singles) every squad. There are two squads each day – Saturdays 11:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. and Sundays 10:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.
This is a 100% handicapped tournament open to ALL Madison Area USBC adult bowlers. FOUR divisions each event. Three handicapped divisions or you can opt out of handicap and bowling in the scratch division.
Budweiser returns as the sponsor of the Budweiser League Challenge! Enter a team with all players from the same leaaue and qualify to win up to $300.00 for your leaaue prize fund.
