Madison Area Masters and Queens

The inaugural Madison Area Queens and Masters tournaments will be held together this Saturday, February 3, 2018 at Bowl-A-Vard Lanes. Check in time is 10:30 a.m., bowling starts at 11:30. Entries are accepted up to the starting time of the tournament. If you would like to pre-register, contact the bowling office at 608.221.0300.

The two tournaments will now mirror each other in basic format, entry fee, prize money, and sponsorships.

The entry fee is $40.00, and $500.00 will be added to each event. One in five will cash.

Entrants will bowl six games across 12 lanes. The top five will roll-off in a stepladder final.

After that, it’s the 11thframe.com Grand Finale where Jeff Richgels will award $100.00 to the winner of a roll-off between the two titlists. The roll-off will be handicapped and bowled on a neutral pair on the host house shot.

Titlists also receive two tickets to the annual Hall of Fame dinner, and one ticket to the Dinner with the Champions.

Queens defending champion is Lauren Sammel, Masters defending champion Derek Eoff.

Queens

The Queens is a handicapped tournament, 100% to 220 with a max handicap of 50 pins/game. The tournament will be held on the host center’s house condition.

Masters

The Masters is a scratch tournament. The tournament will be held on the Madison Area Open Championships condition.
