Lake City bowlers donned their best retired sports team jerseys for Sport Shirt Night. Many had on Badgers, Packers, Brewers shirts along with many old softball shirts. Highlights were Terry Teasdale #11 with his early 70’s Two’s Company softball shirt. Dennis Grossman with his System Forms shirt and Dennis had a different uniform shirt for each game. Dave Shaw with his old Ripon College uniform shirt and many others. It was noted that many had on #4 Favre shirts which is appropriate as most of us see Favre’s #4 being retired next year by the Packers. Noted in above photo that Mona Pierce of Bowl-A-Vard’s staff joined us!

Highlights! Lake City’s Sgt-at-Arms Don Washington converted the 4-7-10 split Wednesday night. Brian Arendt of Medina Sod rolled a nice 633. Brian was +129 pins over his average!
Also a reminder for all Lake City seniors 50 and over bowlers that Madison Bowling Association has announced the Senior City Championships will be contested at Bowl-A-Vard on two weekends in November Sat. 8th, Sun. 9th, Sat. 15th and Sun. 16th. The Senior Masters will be Sunday Nov. 23rd.
