The Madison Area USBC is pleased to announce the annual Dinner with the Champions, an event for our tournament champions, hosts, and sponsors – and now Madison Area Recognition Award winners.
The event will be held on Sunday, October 14, 2018, at the Banquet Room at Harley Davidson of Madison. Harley Davidson is located at 6200 Millpond Rd, near DeJope Casino.
Refreshments and a cash bar will begin at 4:00, followed by a dinner banquet at 5:00. Award presentations will start at 6:00.
The dinner buffet this year includes Slow Roast Chicken and Italian Sausage Lasagna, with Sauteed Vegetables and Boursin Mashed Potatoes. The caterer is Blue Plate Catering.
The dinner will recognize our tournament hosts and sponsors, and attending Youth Association Tournament Champions. We will also present trophies and challenge coins to the tournament champions and titlists from the Senior Open, Open Championships, Women’s Championships, Senior Masters, Queens, and Masters.
This year, we will be including recognitions for High Average, High Composite Average, High Series, and Most Improved bowlers.
Our Six Madison Area Bowlers of the Year will receive recognition awards.
127 invitations are going out in the mail this week; RSVP’s are due September 28.
All recognition winners, tournament champions and titlists, sponsors, and tournament hosts receive a complimentary dinner. Additional dinners are $25.00 each.
