The officers and directors of the Madison USBC Bowling Association are pleased to announce the 43rd Annual Madison Bowling Association Hall of Fame Induction and Bowler Recognition Dinner.
Dawayne R. “Doc” Tietz will be inducted this year in the Veterans category.
We will also recognize and honor association members for outstanding individual achievements during the past regular season.
The event will be held at the Holiday Inn American Center, 5109 W. Terrace Dr., Madison WI. Cash bar opens at 6:00 p.m. The program will begin at 6:30. Dinner service is at 7:00. Following dinner is the presentation of awards, and Hall of Fame induction ceremony.
General admission tickets are $40.00. Children’s meals are $20.00. Please return this reservation form to the MBA office no later than Friday, August 8, 2014, so that we can properly plan for the event.
